It was good to be back to netball after three weeks and the Goorambat girls were keen to get back out on court.

Coming up against North Wang again the girls new it would be tough.

Taking a while to warm up the bats took a steady lead.

It was a tough day for the shooters with the breeze but Erin Hernan, Kylie relf and Sarah Osborne continued to play hard and convert.

There was great midcourt pressure from Carli Hogan, Amelia Skilbeck and Georgia Thomson to create turnovers from hands over balls and ready the play for some great intercepts.

Ally Ellis, Chelsea Beavis and Olivia dalton worked well in defence with great rebounding. The game was played fast and North Wang kept the pressure on, but the Bats put the foot down in the last and came away with an win.
