Women’s golf

The Alma McDonald Memorial Event, sponsored by Pat Cherry, was held on Thursday, March 17, with a two-person stableford aggregate.

The winners were Anne Brown and Bernadette Lang with 66 points on countback from runners-up Pat Claridge and Lyn Hawken also with 66 points.

A stableford was played on Saturday 19th with 18 players.

Division one was won by Helen Hyland with 39 points, and Bernadette Lang won division two with 40 points.

This week the Amcal Pharmacy teams of three will be played on Thursday and a stableford on Saturday.
