Open letter to Helen Haines

Dear Helen, you didn’t respond to my open letter in The Ensign recently.

Can you kindly advise your reasons?

I’m thinking the voting public might like to know where you sit in such matters.

Is it that you don’t have any thoughts about the points I raised?

Also, there are accusations that you are riding piggy back on Steph Ryan’s policies for our region.

I would feel you would have reasons to refute these claims.

New issues of concern and with China now on our doorstep; what do we need to do as a nation to address this threat or isn’t it a threat?

Further and regarding Kitching and the perceived ostracised treatment by the alleged “Mean Girls”, do women in politics deserve to be treated with more respect?
