To make, cut a rectangle of exterior plywood, coat it with flat black exterior paint, then use exterior PVA and screws to attach offcuts of decking or slats to one face of ply. Mount your house number to the slats. Attach plaque to a streetfacing wall by driving long exterior screws through plaque into studs or into plugs in a masonry wall.
