You can use poinsettias
in cut arrangements, too. Mix them with blooms of similar hue (like these roses and anemones), and add silver foliage and berries for contrast. When cutting poinsettia stems, stand them in water for about 30 minutes to let the milky sap drain before adding to the arrangement.
