Tuxedo straw­ber­ries

12 large straw­ber­ries,

washed and dried 200g white choco­late,

chopped and melted 150g dark choco­late,

chopped and melted

STEP 1 Dip straw­ber­ries into white choco­late up to the hull, then set on a tray lined with bak­ing pa­per un­til the choco­late is set.

STEP 2 Dip each straw­berry twice into dark choco­late at an an­gle, to cre­ate a deep V-shape on the front of each berry to cre­ate the tuxedo jacket. Re­turn to the tray. Re­frig­er­ate un­til set. STEP 3 Load re­main­ing dark choco­late into a pip­ing bag fit­ted with a 1mm round noz­zle. Pipe 2 small joined tri­an­gles at the top of the straw­berry on the white choco­late to cre­ate a bow tie. Then pipe 3 small dots un­der­neath to make but­tons. Al­low the choco­late to set.
