STEP 1 Dip strawberries into white chocolate up to the hull, then set on a tray lined with baking paper until the chocolate is set.

STEP 2 Dip each strawberry twice into dark chocolate at an angle, to create a deep V-shape on the front of each berry to create the tuxedo jacket. Return to the tray. Refrigerate until set. STEP 3 Load remaining dark chocolate into a piping bag fitted with a 1mm round nozzle. Pipe 2 small joined triangles at the top of the strawberry on the white chocolate to create a bow tie. Then pipe 3 small dots underneath to make buttons. Allow the chocolate to set.
