Brush morning, night and in between when necessary. Brush along the gum line and the inner, outer and chewing surfaces in a gentle, circular motion; too rough and you risk damaging enamel and injuring your gums. Run the brush over your tongue
a couple of times as well. This helps reduce bacteria in your mouth and freshens your breath. Swish with a swig of a good mouthwash, too!
