Over summer, decorate your water bowl or birdbath with floating blooms picked from the garden. It’s a lovely touch when you’re hosting a party, but if you have a garden full of summer flowers, go ahead and enjoy it any time. Just cut off flowers with a small stem attached and carefully lower them onto the water surface – they’ll last for a few days in their outdoor float bowl.
