No roast is complete without moorish stuffing. JUST combine ½ cup seasoned stuffing mix with 250g

sausage meat and ¼ cup finely grated parmesan and roll into 14 bite-sized balls. Bake at 180°C fan-forced (200°C convention­al) for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
