‘MAKES EVERYTHING TASTE DELISH’ BUTTER
This is for putting on anything and everything. Try slicing and serving on seafood, chicken, beef, lamb and vegetable sides. JUST combine 250g softened butter, 1 Tbsp each finely chopped
flat-leaf parsley leaves, chives and tarragon, the finely grated zest of 1 lemon, 1 clove crushed garlic and ½ tsp paprika. Season and spoon on a sheet of baking paper and shape into a log. Roll tightly, twisting the ends firmly. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm. Serve sliced.
