This is for putting on any­thing and ev­ery­thing. Try slic­ing and serv­ing on seafood, chicken, beef, lamb and veg­etable sides. JUST com­bine 250g soft­ened but­ter, 1 Tbsp each finely chopped

flat-leaf pars­ley leaves, chives and tar­ragon, the finely grated zest of 1 lemon, 1 clove crushed gar­lic and ½ tsp pa­prika. Sea­son and spoon on a sheet of bak­ing pa­per and shape into a log. Roll tightly, twist­ing the ends firmly. Freeze for 1 hour or un­til firm. Serve sliced.
