• Heat 100ml brandy in a small saucepan over low heat. Scrape in seeds of one vanilla pod and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in 500ml store-bought custard and cook until warm. Serve. FLAVOURED CREAM
• Stir 40ml of your favourite liqueur such as Tia Maria into 300ml thickened cream. Whip until soft peaks form. Serve.
