Double dipping

Turn a white pot upside down and apply a layer of light blue paint to the bottom third of the pot. To create the drip effect, put globs of paint randomly on the pot and use a toothpick to drag the paint down and exaggerate the drip lines. Let dry and then repeat with dark blue paint, covering only the bottom quarter of the pot.
