Scrap pieces of MDF and thin ply; pencil; hammer; nail; marker pen; jigsaw; router with guide bushing, 15mm straight cut bit and chamfer bit; screwdriver; drill; 2 and 5mm drill bits; hot-glue gun; very fine sandpaper; quick square; circular saw; PVA glue; nail gun and nails; countersinking bit; cloth; undercoat; black paint; paintbrush; 40mm screws; 18mm pan-head screws; clear varnish FOR YOU TO NOTE When using power tools, wear all safety gear required and refer to your product instructions.
STEP 1 To create housing in the desk for the wireless charger, you need to make a template for your router from scrap MDF. First, draw a line across the centre of the MDF then a second line perpendicular to this and 80mm from 1 long edge.
