Flip out for pancakes
Whip up a stack of these fluffy stunners for brekkie – or anytime
Be creative with the batter mixture to make decadently chocolate or fruity mini pancakes. Add fresh blueberries or raspberries, or try sultanas.
Cook one tablespoon of pancake batter per pikelet.
TO MAKE THEM CHOCOLATE
Remove 2 tablespoons of the flour and replace with 2 tablespoons sifted cocoa powder when making the batter. Fold 1/2 cup dark, white or milk chocolate chips through the batter before cooking.
TO MAKE THEM BLUEBERRY
Fold a 125g punnet of fresh blueberries through the batter before cooking.
