Flip out for pan­cakes

Whip up a stack of these fluffy stun­ners for brekkie – or any­time

Be cre­ative with the bat­ter mix­ture to make deca­dently choco­late or fruity mini pan­cakes. Add fresh blue­ber­ries or rasp­ber­ries, or try sul­tanas.

Cook one ta­ble­spoon of pan­cake bat­ter per pikelet.

TO MAKE THEM CHOCO­LATE

Re­move 2 ta­ble­spoons of the flour and re­place with 2 ta­ble­spoons sifted co­coa pow­der when mak­ing the bat­ter. Fold 1/2 cup dark, white or milk choco­late chips through the bat­ter be­fore cook­ing.

TO MAKE THEM BLUE­BERRY

Fold a 125g pun­net of fresh blue­ber­ries through the bat­ter be­fore cook­ing.
