Gather your supplies
• 1200 x 445 x 16mm melamine panel
• 1800 x 445 x 16mm melamine panel
• 1220 x 810 x 4mm marine plywood
You’ll also need Tape measure; circular saw; melamine edging; iron; wooden block; razor-blade scraper; sandpaper; drill; countersinking bit; 50mm screws Keep your trays sorted and easy to retrieve with a simple-to-build organiser.
STEP 1 Measure inside of cabinet to find distance between side of cabinet and hinges. This will then be width of your storage unit. You can make the unit fill the entire width of the cabinet, but you will have to remove the hinges and hinge plates to install it. STEP 2 Cut and edge the components to size to suit the width and height of your unit, here 432 x 410mm
