HOW TO MAKE A FLORAL DRINKS TRAY
Pour water into a baking tray with raised sides to about 15mm deep. Arrange flowers, foliage and/or herbs on tray and weight them where you can. Freeze for two hours. Remove weights. Add water until level with top of tray, partly or fully submerging flora. Freeze. Sit baking tray in water until it loosens, then remove.
