HOW TO MAKE A FLO­RAL DRINKS TRAY

Pour wa­ter into a bak­ing tray with raised sides to about 15mm deep. Ar­range flow­ers, fo­liage and/or herbs on tray and weight them where you can. Freeze for two hours. Re­move weights. Add wa­ter un­til level with top of tray, partly or fully sub­merg­ing flora. Freeze. Sit bak­ing tray in wa­ter un­til it loosens, then re­move.
