MANGO AND MINT MOJITO
Preparation time 10 mins Makes 1
1 lime, cut in half, plus lime wedge,
1/4 large mango, skin removed,
diced, plus extra cubed, to serve 1 tsp raw sugar
45ml Havana Club 3-year rum Soda water
Mint sprigs, to garnish
STEP 1 Muddle lime, mango and sugar in a cocktail shaker.
STEP 2 Put rum and 6 ice cubes into shaker, then shake vigorously to mix.
STEP 3 Pour cocktail into a whisky glass. Top up with soda water. Finish with mango cubes, lime wedge and mint.
