MANGO AND MINT MO­JITO

Prepa­ra­tion time 10 mins Makes 1

1 lime, cut in half, plus lime wedge,

to serve

1/4 large mango, skin re­moved,

diced, plus ex­tra cubed, to serve 1 tsp raw su­gar

45ml Ha­vana Club 3-year rum Soda wa­ter

Mint sprigs, to gar­nish

STEP 1 Mud­dle lime, mango and su­gar in a cock­tail shaker.

STEP 2 Put rum and 6 ice cubes into shaker, then shake vig­or­ously to mix.

STEP 3 Pour cock­tail into a whisky glass. Top up with soda wa­ter. Fin­ish with mango cubes, lime wedge and mint.
