STEP 2 Mix parme­san, sage, 1 ta­ble­spoon chives, zest and gar­lic pow­der in a bowl. Sprin­kle over chips. Bake for 5 minutes, or un­til start­ing to brown. Sprin­kle warm chips with re­main­ing chives and ex­tra parme­san.

COOK'S TIP

To pre­pare these chips ahead of time, spread them in an oven tray and sprin­kle with the cheese mix­ture up to 4 hours be­fore bak­ing.
