STEP 2 Mix parmesan, sage, 1 tablespoon chives, zest and garlic powder in a bowl. Sprinkle over chips. Bake for 5 minutes, or until starting to brown. Sprinkle warm chips with remaining chives and extra parmesan.
To prepare these chips ahead of time, spread them in an oven tray and sprinkle with the cheese mixture up to 4 hours before baking.
