Eat to nourish and heal your body – it’s relying on you to do the right thing! Think lots of fresh fruit and veg, whole grains, healthy fats, lean meats and fish. Go easy on fast and overly processed fare. TIP Leave a little room for indulgence, too. (Why else would God have created chocolate?)
