COVER UP AND BE COVERED

Only use a broad-spectrum sunscreen, that is, one that protects against UVA and UVB rays. All sunscreens protect against UVB rays, the main cause of sunburn, but UVA rays also contribute to skin cancer and premature ageing. If a product doesn't have an SPF rating on the label, don't rely on it for giving protection.
