TOMATO BASIL AND MOZZARELLA SALAD

4 large ripe tomatoes
2 small green tomatoes
2 large buffalo mozzarella balls,
torn into large pieces
1 bunch basil, leaves picked Sea-salt flakes and freshly ground
black pepper, to season 100ml extra virgin olive oil 50ml good quality balsamic vinegar
STEP 1 Cut red and green tomatoes into 1.5cm slices and arrange on a serving plate with torn mozzarella and fresh basil leaves. Season. Drizzle salad generously with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then serve.
