Regularly remove and handwash the removable shelves in hot water with mild dishwashing liquid. Cover any stubborn food spills with a warm cloth, letting them soften before scrubbing them o with a non-abrasive scourer. For the fridge’s interior, work from top to bottom, sections at a time. Wipe with a solution of 2 tablespoons bicarbonate of soda to 2 cups water until clean, then wipe dry. Avoid odours with an open pack of bicarb soda stored in the fridge.
