ABOUT THE GARDEN

In the past 50 years Elegans garden has turned from a few bare paddocks into a lush, undulating parkland that sits in a rainforest microclimate. It’s been a gentle evolution, as owner Bill Fleming’s process has always been reactive – if it simply looks good, he’ll add something to make it look better. He strives to create views from all directions while maintaining a natural look and feel. The result means Elegans is bulging with plants.
