• Non-permanent glue dots

Here’s how

STEP 1 Following the instructions provided by the manufacturer, punch and score small paper envelopes. Press folds along score lines, then use double-sided tape to stick a side flap to the opposite flap. Leaving the top flap open, bring up the bo om flap and stick it in place on top of side flaps. Put aside for now.

STEP 2 Using a 10cm square sheet of paper, make a 5cm star tip following the general instructions for a Pleated star (page 157).

STEP 3 Place a treat, gi card or special message inside your paper envelope. Fold down and close top flap with a non-permanent glue dot. Use either a dab of hot glue or a permanent glue dot to a ach star tip to top flap of envelope, making sure the tip points downwards, as pictured.
