WHITE SANGRIA PUNCH

Makes 31/2 litres
1.25L soda water, chilled 1.25L lemonade, chilled 750ml white wine, chilled
1/2 cup mint leaves Raspberries, blueberries and
sliced peaches, to serve
GINGER ICE CUBES 1 cup ginger beer cordial 12/3 cups water
STEP 1 To make ginger ice cubes, combine cordial and water in a jug. Divide evenly among holes in ice-cube trays. Freeze overnight.
STEP 2 Pour soda water, lemonade and white wine into a large punch bowl. Add mint, raspberries, blueberries and sliced peaches. Stir to combine.
STEP 3 Pour punch over ginger ice cubes into glasses to serve.
