GARLICKY TAHINI PARSLEY SAUCE

Preparatio­n time 10 mins Cooking time nil Makes 1 cup

1 clove garlic, roughly chopped Zest of 1 lemon

1 small handful parsley 100ml extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup lemon juice

21/2 Tbsp tahini

1/2 tsp salt

STEP 1 Put all ingredient­s in a large, tall jug or jar. Using a handheld blender, blend until smooth, thick and creamy. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge and use within 1 week.
