• To turn out the cake, put a plate over tin or pan, then turn upside down, flipping in one swift go. Or just spoon it straight onto plates!
• Depending on dietary preferences, you can serve the cake with crème fraîche, coconut cream or yoghurt, sour cream, cashew cream or ice-cream. Custard works, too!
