EASY STEPS TO YOUR HONEYCOMB SOAP

Gather your supplies

• 4-hole rectangular flexible silicone mould

• White melt and pour soap base

• Isocol rubbing alcohol

• Sweet orange essential oil

You’ll also need Bubble wrap; scissors; cutting mat; sharp knife; heatproof jug; stirrer; spoons; honey; turmeric

Here’s how

STEP 1 Cut pieces of bubble wrap to fit inside mould holes.

STEP 2 Working on a cutting mat, slice melt and pour soap base, then cut into 1cm cubes with a sharp knife.

STEP 3 Put soap cubes into a heatproof jug and microwave in 20-30 second increments, stirring after each, until cubes are fully melted. Add 3 tablespoons of honey and stir in.

STEP 4 Mix 1 teaspoon turmeric with 1 teaspoon rubbing alcohol in a small bowl, then add to melted soap and stir to combine.

STEP 5 Add 5 drops of sweet orange essential oil and stir to combine.

STEP 6 Pour into mould holes and allow soap to set for a few hours.

STEP 7 Unmould soap bars and peel off the bubble wrap.
