GOOD MORNING SKIN

Wake up your skin and prep it for the day ahead.

STEP 1 REFRESH

If you have normal or dry skin, a splash of lukewarm water will remove the products from the night before. For oily skin, use a micellar water or cleanser.

hydration. Apply before sunscreen in the a.m. or at night.

Option 2 Brighten To brighten and promote collagen production, use a vitamin C serum. When applied under your sunscreen it may assist in protecting your skin from sun damage. If your skin is sensitive, introduce vitamin C gradually.

STEP 3 PROTECT

The last must-do skincare step before you head out for the day is to apply a good sunscreen. You could use a tinted moisturise­r with SPF or a regular sunscreen. If it’s tinted, it will also help to even out your skin tone and give it a glow.

STEP 1 CLEANSE Removing makeup, morning applicatio­ns including sunscreen, and grime which has accumulate­d during the day, helps to reduce potential congestion and irritation. Cleansing oils are a popular option because they do the job without drying or stripping the skin.
