5 medium peaches, peeled, stones re­moved 1 cup tinned or frozen rasp­ber­ries 2 cups crushed ice Juice of 1 le­mon

Method

Place peaches and rasp­ber­ries into the freezer for at least 30 min­utes. Place fruit and ice into a blender with le­mon juice. Blend for ap­prox­i­mately 10 sec­onds.
