A three-day fes­ti­val of food, fash­ion and mu­sic will fill the air dur­ing the 2018 Airnorth Ca­ble Beach Polo from May 25 to 27.

As part of the fes­tiv­i­ties, renowned chef Jack Stein will be serv­ing a spe­cial menu cre­ated from the finest Kim­ber­ley pro­duce for the Din­ner Un­der The Stars tak­ing place on May 26.

The oc­ca­sion will also be the fea­ture for the sec­ond se­ries of WA-pro­duced tele­vi­sion show Born to Cook — Jack Stein Down Un­der, which will later air across Aus­tralia and the United King­dom.

Mr Stein said he be­lieved WA was one of the best places in the world for the qual­ity of its food pro­duce and was look­ing for­ward to hav­ing a Kim­ber­ley ex­pe­ri­ence.

Airnorth Ca­ble Beach Polo pro­ducer Mar­i­lynne Pas­pa­ley said she was thrilled to wel­come Mr Stein to Broome for the event.

In ad­di­tion to the Din­ner Un­der the Stars, ac­claimed coun­try singer-song­writer Chelsea Basham will en­ter­tain spec­ta­tors dur­ing the tour­na­ment.

Basham was an­nounced Fe­male Artist of the Year at the 2017 CMC Mu­sic Awards and has re­ceived a Golden Gui­tar and APRA Mu­sic Award.

The glam­our will con­tinue with a line-up of Kim­ber­ley Girl mod­els parad­ing de­signs by Nag­ula Jarndu tex­tiles, fa­mous for their hand-printed de­signs by the tra­di­tional Yawuru women of Broome.

DJ Dai­mon Downey, who has be­come a Ca­ble Beach Polo sta­ple, is also set to re­turn with his up­beat sounds across the en­tire week­end.

Renowned Bri­tish chef Jack Stein will be serv­ing guests at the Din­ner Un­der the Stars.
