Breakfast a vote of thanks for volunteers
The paramedics and staff at St John Ambulance’s Broome depot gave thanks to volunteers around town by holding a National Volunteer Week breakfast on Wednesday, May 23.
A variety of food was served for everyone to enjoy, including bacon and egg rolls, plenty of coffee from the Kimberley Coffee Company, fruits, muesli and juices.
National Volunteer Week, which ran from May 21 to May 27, is the annual celebration that acknowledges the contributions of Australia’s volunteers.
