is extending its Select on Q-Eat service to premium economy on certain international flights, enabling customers to pre-order meals online from a wider menu up to 12 days before flying.

DELTA AIR LINES
has ordered 40 Airbus aircraft for delivery between 2015 and 2017. The order includes ten wide-body A330-300’s and 30 narrowbody A321’s.
SINGAPORE AIRLINES
will begin using the A380 on services between Singapore and Shanghai on October 27. The aircraft features 12 suites in first class, 60 flat-bed seats in business class, and 399 seats in economy.
ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES
ordered eight more Boeing 787s at the end of August, less than two months after one of its Dreamliners caught fire at Heathrow.
AIR FRANCE
has started operating the A380 on three out of its 14 weekly flights to Shanghai. The service makes Air France the first European carrier to serve Shanghai with the A380.

has launched the A380 on its Seoul and Atlanta service, marking the first time an A380 has flown between the two destinations.
UNITED AIRLINES
has applied to the US Department of Transportation to seek approval to begin a non-stop service linking its San Francisco hub with Chengdu from June 9 next year.
