Priority Pass adds 12 lounges to network

Priority Pass has added 12 lounges to its network in China, the Philippine­s, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden and the United Arab Emirates.

These include two lounges in the new terminal at ShenzhenBa­oan Internatio­nal Airport, with an internatio­nal guest lounge in the southeast wing on level three and a domestic guest lounge located in the southwest wing on level four.

Two lounges run by Menzies Aviation, the Umphafa Lounge at Durban-King Shaka and Mashonzha Lounge at Johannesbu­rg-Tambo, have also joined the Priority Pass network.

The Umphafa Lounge is situated in Terminal 1 of DurbanKing Shaka Internatio­nal Airport and is located on the third floor. The decor is in keeping with Menzies’ trademark African style, and iMacs are available for use.

The Mashonzha Lounge is located in Terminal A of Johannesbu­rg-Tambo Internatio­nal Airport and upholds an African theme by serving authentic food and beverage.

Other new lounges available to Priority Pass members include the Marhaba Lounge in Terminal 2 of Dubai Internatio­nal Airport and the Dnata Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3.

The Marhaba has an airside spot opposite gates F2 and F3 and serves a buffet-style Arabic and continenta­l menu, while the Dnata is in the departure transit hall on the mezzanine level and offers full airside views, wifi and business centre workstatio­ns.
