Grand Hyatt was a big winner in the Business Traveller Asia-Pacific Awards this year, and has been dominating the title of Best Business Hotel Brand in the World for three years consecutiv­ely.

“We are deeply humbled and grateful to have been awarded the title of Best Business Hotel Brand in the World. We work in a fiercely competitiv­e industry, where getting to the top is hard and staying at the top is even harder,” says Carina Chorengel, senior vice president, brand and commercial strategy APAC for Hyatt.

Grand Hyatt has been renovating its properties in the past three years, including hotels in Hong Kong, Singapore, Melbourne and Shanghai.

Chorengel adds: “We have spoken with and listened to many of our guests on why they vote for the Grand Hyatt brand. Their answers range from the extraordin­ary Grand Club lounges, to convenient locations, to sumptuous accommodat­ion, and exceptiona­l meetings and events.”

Individual Grand Hyatt properties in Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Melbourne and Singapore captured the Best Business Hotel title in the regional categories.
