The signature WOW walks at all properties help introduce new arrivals to their neighbourhood, with useful insider tips such as the quickest route to the metro or bus stops; 24-hour convenience stores, best places to hail a cab and more.

March saw the opening of Winsland Serviced Suites by Lanson Place, bringing a green, nature-inspired, communal-living concept to Singapore. With a beautiful tree-filled garden courtyard at its core, this gorgeous property offers studio to two-bedroom suites decorated in the calm, nourishing hues of botanical green and rosy pinks of a Singapore dawn. Here, the group also launched its new communal kitchen concept Cookhouse@9, allowing residents to socialise, host dinner parties for family and friends or attend cooking classes, while residents can of course cook in their own apartments, too.
Other recent openings include the Tianfu Square Serviced Suites by Lanson Place in Chengdu in September, while Waterfront East in Hong Kong is due to open early next year. The group also recently announced its entrance to Melbourne, a new luxury serviced apartment scheduled to open in 2021.
