COUNTLESS hotels and airlines have in recent months begun taking a stand against offering single-use plastics such as straws and stirrers. Sino Hotels has gone a step further and eschewed bottled water at six of its Hong Kong properties in favour of water stations and glass flasks in guestrooms.
