THE SHANGRI-LA Group unveiled its latest residential property, The Moon Residence in Kunming, China with the opening of its sales gallery in August.

The new property features 21 floors with 224 serviced apartments, all of which will be fully furnished units once construction is complete, says the hotel group.

The Moon Residence is located in the Central Business District of Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province in southwest China.

The development consists of two towers, inspired by the local heritage of Yuanyang terrace fields in Yunnan, and the façade features a cascading glass curtain wall.

According to the hotel group, every apartment “will offer magnificent city views” with floor-to-ceiling windows. The largest unit encompasses 351 sqm of space and boasts an indoor spiral staircase. shangri-la.com
