Kim McCosker cooks up tasty treats at Stock­land

4 In­gre­di­ents cook­book au­thor Kim McCosker will be join­ing Stock­land Caloun­dra for an en­ter­tain­ing and in­for­ma­tive cook­ing demon­stra­tion.

From 10am each day she will be cre­at­ing and shar­ing some of her fam­ily favourite foods.

The cook­ing de­mostra­tion will show­case recipes that are full of flavour, sim­ple to make and with min­i­mal fuss.

Ms McCosker will keep lo­cals en­ter­tained with tips, en­joy­ing the food and in­spired by the ease of just four in­gre­di­ents.

Not just a whiz in the kitchen the au­di­ence will be ab­so­lutely en­thralled with her cre­ativ­ity and tasty treats.

Pre­sent­ing in Stock­land Caloun­dra's cen­tre area in front of The Cof­fee Club, Ms McCosker will present four fab­u­lous recipes each day.

From easy en­ter­tain­ing dips, to beau­ti­ful home­made truf­fle treats, Kim will also show­case a sim­ple sa­tay and the eas­i­est cup­cake recipe ever.

Both us­ing ev­ery­day pantry in­gre­di­ents that will leave the au­di­ence want­ing more.

The 4 In­gre­di­ents books were cre­ated to sim­ply save time and money in the kitchen, she said.

“Whether you're cook­ing for four peo­ple or one, di­etary re­stric­tions or none, I prom­ise you that in­spi­ra­tion comes in the form of sim­plic­ity and flavour.

“4 In­gre­di­ents will demon­strate both and pro­vides tips for get­ting the best out of your in­gre­di­ents,” Kim said.

4 In­gre­di­ents cook­books signed as Kim chats to the com­mu­nity and of­fers as much kitchen wis­dom and tips that she can for any ques­tions asked af­ter the demon­stra­tion.
