Kim McCosker cooks up tasty treats at Stockland

4 Ingredients cookbook author Kim McCosker will be joining Stockland Caloundra for an entertaining and informative cooking demonstration.
From 10am each day she will be creating and sharing some of her family favourite foods.
The cooking demostration will showcase recipes that are full of flavour, simple to make and with minimal fuss.
Ms McCosker will keep locals entertained with tips, enjoying the food and inspired by the ease of just four ingredients.
Not just a whiz in the kitchen the audience will be absolutely enthralled with her creativity and tasty treats.
Presenting in Stockland Caloundra's centre area in front of The Coffee Club, Ms McCosker will present four fabulous recipes each day.
From easy entertaining dips, to beautiful homemade truffle treats, Kim will also showcase a simple satay and the easiest cupcake recipe ever.
Both using everyday pantry ingredients that will leave the audience wanting more.
The 4 Ingredients books were created to simply save time and money in the kitchen, she said.
“Whether you're cooking for four people or one, dietary restrictions or none, I promise you that inspiration comes in the form of simplicity and flavour.
“4 Ingredients will demonstrate both and provides tips for getting the best out of your ingredients,” Kim said.
Visitors to the demonstrations will have the chance to have their
4 Ingredients cookbooks signed as Kim chats to the community and offers as much kitchen wisdom and tips that she can for any questions asked after the demonstration.
