Ninja course gets even tougher
Australian Ninja Warrior, Nine, Sunday at 7pm
ONLY the best athletes made it through the heats, but now the competition steps up a gear as
Ninja Warrior enters the semi-final rounds.
The eight fastest ninjas who complete the new course in each of the four heats will progress to the grand final.
Television’s toughest obstacle course gets even longer as the ninjas face nine obstacles, compared to six in the heats. The quintuple steps have also been replaced by the quadruple steps, which are tougher, as the distance has increased between steps.
The ultimate goal remains the same: conquer Mount Midoriyama.
It took seven seasons in the USA, remains unconquered in the UK, and now the challenge is on here in Australia.
Ben Fordham, Rebecca Maddern and Freddie Flintoff host.
