HERE’S a po­ten­tially ex­tra­or­di­nary way to start 2019 – Hori­zon Fes­ti­val is calling for par­tic­i­pants from across our re­gion to take part in the art­work ti­tled Our Peo­ple – Our Place which will com­bine por­trai­ture, pro­jec­tion and sound, to fea­ture a cross-sec­tion of the many in­di­vid­u­als that make up our di­verse lo­cal com­mu­nity. These ses­sions are de­signed as an in­for­mal op­por­tu­nity to drop by and chat all things lo­cal gov­ern­ment.
