WORKS NO­TICE Mt Ter­rick Road Bridge up­grade works

Mt Ter­rick Road Bridge will be closed on Mon­day, 10 Septem­ber for ap­prox­i­mately two weeks while works are un­der­taken to in­crease the ca­pac­ity of the bridge and re­move the ex­ist­ing load limit. De­tours and sig­nage will be in place for the du­ra­tion of the clo­sure.

Drainage works, Har­g­reaves Lane, Kyabram

Drainage main­te­nance works will start on Har­g­reaves Lane, Kyabram on Mon­day, 17 Septem­ber. The lane will be closed to through traf­fic for ap­prox­i­mately one week. Dur­ing this time there will be no through traf­fic ac­cess. Lo­cal ac­cess to prop­er­ties will be main­tained dur­ing this time.


Cam­paspe Shire Coun­cil is col­lect­ing data on com­mu­nity per­cep­tion and be­hav­iour re­lat­ing to waste and the en­vi­ron­ment via the an­nual WICKED (Waste in Cam­paspe – Know, Ed­u­cate, Do) sur­vey. The sur­vey can be ac­cessed via coun­cil’s web­site with hard copies avail­able from cus­tomer ser­vice cen­tres. Sur­vey closes 30 Septem­ber.

Coun­cil is seek­ing the ser­vices of a suit­ably qual­i­fied and ex­pe­ri­enced con­sul­tant to lead the fa­cil­i­ta­tion of ser­vice plan­ning and re­views. Ten­der closes 2 pm, 25 Septem­ber.

18018 – Gar­den waste mulching ser­vices

Coun­cil is seek­ing ten­ders for gar­den mulching ser­vices at seven trans­fer sta­tions within Cam­paspe Shire. Ten­der closes 2 pm, 2 Oc­to­ber.

18020 – Rad­cliffe Street, Echuca, re­tain­ing wall re­con­struc­tion

Coun­cil is seek­ing ten­ders for con­struc­tion of a 16 m sec­tion of sheet pile re­tain­ing wall ad­ja­cent the east bank of the Cam­paspe River, Rad­cliffe Street, Echuca. Works in­volve re­mov­ing and re­in­stat­ing a pub­lic deck, and driv­ing a sheet pile wall. Piles will be sup­plied by coun­cil. Works to be com­pleted by the 21 De­cem­ber 2018. Ten­der closes 2 pm, 2 Oc­to­ber.

Pur­suant to Sec­tion 189 of the Lo­cal Gov­ern­ment Act 1989, Cam­paspe Shire Coun­cil in­tends to sell by pri­vate treaty the fol­low­ing land; Lots 1 and 2 on PS423159 Vol­ume 10696 Fo­lio 492 and Vol­ume 10696 Fo­lio 493 cor­ner of Fin­lay and Hen­der­son Roads Ton­gala and land off the plan for Lot 1 on pro­posed plan of sub­di­vi­sion PS801371 be­ing part of Certi cate of Ti­tle Vol­ume 8821 Fo­lio 381 known as the for­mer Golden Cow site, 715 Hen­der­son Road, Ton­gala to McColl’s Trans­port Pty Ltd for $286,000 (GST inclusive). The pro­posed sale will be sub­ject to con­trac­tual terms sat­is­fac­tory to coun­cil.
