NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL LAND

and call for submissions

Pursuant to Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989, Campaspe Shire Council intends to sell by private treaty the following land; Lots 1 and 2 on PS423159 Volume 10696 Folio 492 and Volume 10696 Folio 493 corner of Finlay and Henderson Roads Tongala and land off the plan for Lot 1 on proposed plan of subdivision PS801371 being part of Certi cate of Title Volume 8821 Folio 381 known as the former Golden Cow site, 715 Henderson Road, Tongala to Advanced Reproduction Pty Ltd for $275,000 (GST inclusive). The proposed sale will be subject to contractual terms satisfactory to council. Any submissions in relation to the proposed sale will be considered in accordance with Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989, which provides that:Any submissions in respect of this matter received by council no later than 23 November 2018 shall be considered; Any person who has made a submission to council is entitled to request in the submission that the person wishes to appear in person or to be represented by a person speci ed in the submission at a meeting of council or a committee to council to be heard in support of the submission. Submitters should be aware that submissions are required to be available for public inspection. Following consideration of any submissions council may resolve either to proceed, or not to proceed, with the proposed sale.
