Graduates

. . . Three women are the newest to join the list of graduates for the Rochester Take Weight Off Naturally (TOWN) Club.

Norma Feuk, Marie Lindner and Betty Mustey were celebrated at a ceremony recently for the progress they have made during their time in the group.

The club helps people with their personal weight loss journey through support, food ideas, recipes and speakers to help create a healthier lifestyle.

Social activities are part of the program.

New members are welcome at the club's meeting at Rochester Community Hall on Tuesdays at 4.30 pm.
