Primed for development
A PRIME corner site on Albany Highway in Bentley is set for development after it was listed for sale by the City of Canning.
The 4264sq m site, on the corner of Albany Highway and John Street, is along one of the busiest commercial corridors in the metropolitan area and directly across from Bentley Plaza Shopping Centre.
Ray White Commercial (WA) sales and leasing associate Enrique Reyes said the site offered flexibility to either purchase or lease the land, or even have tenants lease premises through a design and construct project. “The City of Canning is keen to activate the Bentley District Centre and would be interested to see a new development on the site to complement the Bentley Plaza Shopping Centre,” he said. Ray White Commercial (WA) director Chris Matthews said the proposed lot would have a 40m frontage to Albany Highway and 96m frontage to John Street.
“Developers in particular will be looking at this asset, as well as showroom/bulky goods tenants, and large restaurant and food operators.”
