LEST WE FORGET...
CURTIN University has unveiled a Remembrance Day memorial installation at its Bentley campus, featuring touching messages from students, staff and visitors.
People can write messages on the hearts to be sent to Australian troops spending Christmas overseas without their families.
The Town of Victoria Park has embraced the art project as part of its own Remembrance Day event.
It will feature some Curtin hearts at the service for people to write on, which will then be returned to Curtin to be added to the installation.
The installation was created by Perth’s DUO Events Creative Studio.
The installation runs until November 17.
Remembrance Day marks the anniversary of the end of World War I.
