Whether you’ve been naughty or nice, come along to Vic Park’s Bad Santa Christmas market. Enjoy live music and ‘jazzed-up’ carols, with food and drink available for purchase. JAPANESE ANIMATION MARATHON
The Japanese Animation Fans of WA present the annual marathon screening of Japanese animations for all to enjoy. Along with the amine shows, there will be a sausage sizzle and auction of anime and pop-culture items. This event is free.

CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT Featuring the Canning City Brass Band, Rossmoyne Community Singers, Avenue Jazz Band plus special guests, sing along to classic and new carols with roving entertainment, plus kid's craft activities. Don't forget a special visit from Father Christmas and his elves. Bring your own picnic and beverages, or buy something from one of the food trucks. Free water provided, so bring along your reusable water bottle. Event opens at

REFLECT: ’TIS THE SEASON From the bloom of Nuytsia floribunda to the glow of Foy and Gibson’s window display, Perth has developed some unique yuletide traditions. Join the City of South Perth’s local history librarian for a festive frolic through Christmases past, from the “banned” Christmas of 1942 to the beginnings of the Gumnut Babies in May Gibbs’ 1907 Western Mail cover. CYCLING WITHOUT AGE
The not-for-profit group connects elderly people and those less-abled with the outdoors by giving them free rides on trishaw ebikes, piloted by volunteer cyclists. CWA will soon be offering free rides through the Canning River Regional Park every Friday morning, starting from Kent Street Weir Park. The program kicks off Friday, December 13.
