Whether you’ve been naughty or nice, come along to Vic Park’s Bad Santa Christ­mas mar­ket. En­joy live mu­sic and ‘jazzed-up’ car­ols, with food and drink avail­able for pur­chase. JA­PANESE AN­I­MA­TION MARATHON

The Ja­panese An­i­ma­tion Fans of WA present the an­nual marathon screen­ing of Ja­panese an­i­ma­tions for all to en­joy. Along with the amine shows, there will be a sausage siz­zle and auc­tion of anime and pop-cul­ture items. This event is free.

CAR­OLS BY CAN­DLE­LIGHT Fea­tur­ing the Can­ning City Brass Band, Rossmoyne Com­mu­nity Singers, Av­enue Jazz Band plus spe­cial guests, sing along to clas­sic and new car­ols with rov­ing en­ter­tain­ment, plus kid's craft ac­tiv­i­ties. Don't for­get a spe­cial visit from Fa­ther Christ­mas and his elves. Bring your own pic­nic and bev­er­ages, or buy some­thing from one of the food trucks. Free wa­ter pro­vided, so bring along your re­us­able wa­ter bot­tle. Event opens at

5.30pm with a 6.45pm con­cert start.

CY­CLING WITH­OUT AGE

The not-for-profit group con­nects el­derly peo­ple and those less-abled with the out­doors by giv­ing them free rides on tr­ishaw ebikes, pi­loted by vol­un­teer cy­clists. CWA will soon be of­fer­ing free rides through the Can­ning River Re­gional Park ev­ery Fri­day morn­ing, start­ing from Kent Street Weir Park. The pro­gram kicks off Fri­day, De­cem­ber 13.
