Pita bread Pizza sauce bot­tled Onion, sliced Ham, sliced Cherry toma­toes cut in half Fresh basil leaves 1 small pkt of shred­ded cheese

Pizza stone, pizza pad­dle, BBQ with a hood, twigs for wood fire ef­fect


Put pizza stones on BBQ, close and pre­heat, and make sure twigs are around the edges of the pizza stones.

Make piz­zas to your own taste. Spread base with pizza sauce, put on all the top­pings you love, top with cheese. Slide onto heated pizza stone and close lid. Check in 5 min­utes that the base is not burn­ing on the bot­tom and is crisp­ing nicely; if pizza is brown­ing too quickly reg­u­late the heat. Cut and serve.
