Pita bread Pizza sauce bottled Onion, sliced Ham, sliced Cherry tomatoes cut in half Fresh basil leaves 1 small pkt of shredded cheese
Pizza stone, pizza paddle, BBQ with a hood, twigs for wood fire effect
Put pizza stones on BBQ, close and preheat, and make sure twigs are around the edges of the pizza stones.
Make pizzas to your own taste. Spread base with pizza sauce, put on all the toppings you love, top with cheese. Slide onto heated pizza stone and close lid. Check in 5 minutes that the base is not burning on the bottom and is crisping nicely; if pizza is browning too quickly regulate the heat. Cut and serve.
