Croc watch at Cahills Crossing
One of Kakadu’s most recognised sites, Cahills Crossing, has two new viewing platforms, located on the western bank of the East Alligator River. They offer tourists a safe spot to catch a glimpse of the Territory’s famously ferocious crocodiles, which gather around this causeway to feed on mullet and barrumundi in the later part of the dry season. parksaustralia.gov.au
