Fund­ing now up for grabs

NORTH Bur­nett Re­gional Coun­cil con­tin­ues its sup­port of the re­gion’s groups who have artis­tic as­pi­ra­tions, with the open­ing of round two of the Re­gional Arts De­vel­op­ment Fund. If any group needs as­sis­tance, why not sub­mit an ap­pli­ca­tion for fund­ing to make that project a re­al­ity?

The last round saw some unique and ex­cit­ing ap­pli­ca­tions amount­ing to more than $24,000 aimed to ben­e­fit the “nat­u­rally beau­ti­ful” North Bur­nett com­mu­nity.

Past RADF projects in­clude work­shops on pre­serv­ing var­i­ous doc­u­ments and pho­to­graphic col­lec­tions, mu­si­cians muster, de­vel­op­ing a se­ries of pub­lic art­work sculp­tures, writ­ing work­shops, vis­ual arts pro­fes­sional de­vel­op­ment, leather craft­ing work­shops and help with busi­ness mar­ket­ing.
